aAcross the continent of Africa ctors play a very crucial role in the film production chain yet struggle to make a living except for a few percentage who have been recognised as BRAND AMBASSADORS for different commercial brands.

This begins to raise questions about who really designed the finance architecture of the creative Industry in Africa without recognising the implementation of ROYALTIES, RESIDUALS & COLLECTIVE BARGAINING structures.

All these lend credence to why the Actors Guild of Nigeria AGN in collaboration with the South African Guild of Actors SAGA took this initiative to open a PAN-AFRICAN conversation on this.

Please join us live or virtually from 9th to 13th July 2025 in Johannesburg South Africa for the maiden edition.
