In an elaborate event which held at the Silverbird Cinemas, Victoria Island, Lagos on Monday, Ferbruary 5, 2024, the leaddership of the Guild, Dr Ejezie Emeka Rollas, MON., unveiled the 2nd edition of Actors Guild of Nigeria International Festival which is set to hold from 8 to 10 August, 2024 in Los Angeles, Carlifornia in the United States of America. The 2024 edition promises to surpass its previous year edition which held between November 16 to 18, 2023 in Miami, Florida, United States of America.
According to Emeka, the 2024 edition of the festival will run in association and close partnership with Africa Travel Film Festival (AFTRAFF) and in collaboration with Dream Magic Studios, a subsidiary of Silverbird Group. Present at the august event in February where, Actors Guild of Nigeria Board of Trustees Chairman, Emmanuel Ogugua, alongside Joke Silva who is also a member of the BOT. Others present where, Kate Henshaw, the guilds Director of Communications, Chief Emeka Ossai, Lilian Amah-Aluko, Sir. Victor Osuagwu, former AGN President, Segun Arinze, Femi Durojaiye, Emeka Duru, Uche Ogbodo, Nazareth Jesse, AGN Vice President, North Central, Ugochukwu Ohuonu, Mayor of Abuja, Yakubu Abubakar, Guild's secretary general with the special guest of honor, the Chairman of Silverbird Group, distinguished Senator Ben-Murray Bruce.
One of the major highlights of the occassion is the introdution of the festival 5-man organizing committe which is headed by Segun Arinze who was the Master of Ceremony. This was closely followed by the official innaugration ceremony for the 32-man appointees as members of the kitchen cabinet of the National President.

Dumkenenna Nathan is Personal Assistant to the President and Web Administrator.
Actress Nancy Isime got appointed as the Special Adviser on Social Dialogue and Collective Bargaining; veteran actress, Rita Edochie is the AGN’s Women Leader and Special Adviser on Welfare; Jude Ororha, the Special Adviser on Violence and Harassment in Work Place.
Furthermore on the list is star actress Hilda Dokubo who was appointed as the National Director of Training; whilst Joseph Benjamin is the Special Adviser on Nollywood Actors in Diaspora.
Ifeoma Okeke-Ozzoude is on the list as the Chief of Staff; Chief Agility Onwurah Ezeoke, Chief Protocol; Kevin Uvo, National Task Force Chairman and Alex Okoroji, Director of International Affiliations and Brand Communications. Deyemi Okanlawon, SA on Planning and Strategy; Femi Durojaiye, SA on Media and Press Secretary; Steve Eboh, SA on Military Relations; Okunzuwa Nosa (Baba Rex), SA on Youth Development and Prince Ebakumo as Special Adviser on Social Media Handles.
Gideon Okeke was appointed SA on Intellectual Property; Dorothy Njemanze, SA on National Assembly and SDG Goals; Ronnie Dikko, SA on Sexual Harassment and Tracy Edwin, SA on Gender Equality.
The list continued with Ify Eze as SA on Child Actors' Welfare; Sedeter Saviour, SA on Occupational Health and Safety whilst Wash Waziri is SA on AGN Film Projects Northern Nigeria and Ijeoma Thomas emerged SA on AGN Film Projects Southern Nigeria.
SA on Health Management Organisation (HMO) and Insurance was given to Chidi Ihezie-Okafor and Charles Inojie took up the Director, AGN Film Project.
Benedict Johnson, SA on Governmental Affairs; Victor Osuagwu, SA on Special Duties; Roland Igbadumhe (youngest oldman), SA on International Travels and Mary Patrick as SA on AGN Entrepreneurial Development.
The last sets but not the least on the list are; Ifeanyi Ezekwe, SA on Guild Strategic Partnership and Emeka Ossai, Chairman Disciplinary Committee!
Whilst the president revelaed the full list to the members of the media present, he charged the appointed guild members to be committed to the course for the overall good of the Guild.
